As the newly appointed Secretary of the Sahodaya School Complex, I extend warm greetings to all our esteemed principals and dedicated teachers. With over three decades of experience as an educator and leader—currently serving as Principal at Delhi Public School, Aligarh—I have witnessed the incredible impact of collective wisdom and shared commitment. My journey, marked by leadership roles from Headmistress to Founder Principal, includes international collaborations with institutions in the UK and Maldives, fostering innovation and inclusivity at every step.

Sahodaya is a vibrant platform that embodies the power of working together. For principals, it offers a space to share ideas, address challenges, and inspire one another. For teachers, it is a hub for professional growth, encouraging new teaching strategies and holistic development. My vision as Secretary is to channel this collaborative spirit, building on my experience as a British Council Core Skills Master Trainer and CBSE Competency-Based Education Trainer.

I aim to launch dynamic capacity-building workshops, nurture inter-school partnerships, and create digital knowledge-sharing resources that empower educators and enrich learning. Through strategic partnerships and cultural exchanges, we can prepare our students to be confident global citizens.
